Instruction for Parents

  • Parents are expected to play their part by enforcing ensuring that their children prepare their lessons well.
  • Politeness and courtesy of speech and conduct should be inculcated in the child along with cleanliness of dress and person.
  • Parents and their servants are requested not to enter the classrooms during the class hours Parents are requested not to send for, or take away their children during the class hours, except in cases of unforeseen emergency.
  • Parents are allowed to meet the Teachers on every Saturday after School
  • Parents should arrange to take children home within 10 minutes after the School is over, otherwise the School will not be responsible.
  • Parents should ensure that their wards appear for all the Tests and Exanimations (unless they are sick, for which a Medical Certificate should be produced promptly). Students suffering from any sickness should not be sent to School.
  • Parents should see that their wards come to School neatly dressed and in proper uniform.
  • Parents, guardians and students should be fully acquainted with the rules and regulations contained in the Prospectus. Ignorance will be no excuse.
  • Besides periodic circulars sent out to Parents to keep them informed of the programmes of the School, the School dairy serves as a convenient channel of communication between Parents and Teachers.
  • We earnestly request the Parents/Guardians to look into the School Diary everyday and ensure that the homework assigned for the next day is completed.
  • The teachers will communicate with the Parents, through the school Diary. Your prompt attention to their remarks is very essential.
  • You are requested to pay special attention to the personal cleanliness and turnout of your ward apart from conformity, Hence kindly note the prescribed dress regulation and take provisioning action well in advance.
  • Children who are not in the prescribed School uniform will be sent back home Students must be present in the School before the Assembly commences.
  • Your co-operation is required for the success of our activities and for your benefit.
  • Photo identity cards are issued to all parents. Please use them for all purpose related to School.
  • A student suffering from any contagious or infectious disease will not be permitted to attend School till he/she brings a Medical Certificate of fitness.
  • Irregular attendance, constant negligence of work, insubordination to teachers, habitual inattention in class, obscenity in words or deed, willful and repeated breaches of school regulations individually or collectively by a student will lead a pupil to serious punishment and/or expulsion.
  • Every student, when called upon to attend extra class to take part in other activities of the school, must participate in the same.
  • Discipline is essential for the development of a child's personality. Students are expected to CONDUCT THEMSELVES with a sense of self control, self discipline and self direction. Rules are framed as general guidelines to Parents/Guardians, to promote reasonable order and maintain exemplary disciplinary standards. Punishment is to discourage improper behaviour, reform and serve as a deterrent.
  • Students have to be respectful and obedient to their teachers and other staff members.
  • Students have to take care of their belongings while at school. The school will not be responsible for the loss of any article, including money or other valuables which are not advisable to be brought to school.
  • Students must maintain cleanliness in the toilets. Writing on the walls is strictly prohibited. No student will have access to their classroom after the dispersal, without prior approval of the concerned authority.
